Tony brought Jack Bauer and Audrey Raines there after rescuing them from hitmen who attacked Felsted Security. Here, Jack researched terrorist collaborator Henry Powell and contacted Marcy from the Department of Defense to identify him. After Audrey was picked up by Secret Service Agent Davis, Jack and Tony departed from the house together to apprehend Powell.

- When relaying the address to Secretary Heller, Jack gives the number as "21408", however the real number can be seen on the front of the house.
- The Saugus Wildlife Preserve was located at a similar address, "21911 Kipling".
