2700 Eastbrook was the address of Jibraan Al-Zarian and his brother Hamid in Washington, D.C.. They lived in Apartment 3.
At around 3:46am of Day 7, Tony Almeida and Cara Bowden arrived at this address. As they waited for their associates, Tony verified Jibraan's profile, whom they planned to frame for their attack later that day. Meanwhile, inside the house, Jibraan was already awake preparing breakfast to his brother Hamid. When he woke up, Jibraan advised him to come home quickly after work because of the attacks that had happened during the day.
When Harbinson and his associate arrived and met with Tony outside the house, they blew the fuse box, prompting Jibraan to go check it. As he went outside, Hamid was captured by Tony's men. When Jibraan returned, Tony grabbed him and put a gun on his face telling him to obey or they would kill his brother. ("Day 7: 3:00am-4:00am")
Cara then placed incriminating evidence on Jibraan's computer to make it appear as if he was an extremist. Tony then gave him a statement that he would read in front of a camera. When Tony threatened to kill his brother again, Jibraan agreed and did as he was told. As they were recording him, two police officers came to check when a neighbor called because of noises heard sometime earlier. Tony told Jibraan to shake them off, and Jibraan told the officer it was just an argument with some friends. After the police left, they finished recording the statement and left, leaving Harbinson to guard Hamid.
When Jibraan was flagged by the FBI computers, Jack Bauer and Renee Walker went with an FBI team to check his apartment. Agent Reed used a micro-fiber camera to verify how many people were inside. After they saw it was only one hostile, Jack led a team into the apartment, but as they stormed in, Hamid broke a glass window and stabbed Harbinson in the neck with a shard of broken glass. As he died, Jack tried to hold the bleeding knowing he could lead them to Tony. ("4:00am-5:00am")
After the EMTs stabilized him at the apartment, Jack prevented them from giving him morphine for the pain. Jack then pressured his wound to force him into revealing Tony's location. When he said he didn't know, Jack forced him to call Tony so they could try and track him. After he did, Jack and Renee left the apartment. ("5:00am-6:00am")
