The 4th Street Underpass was a tunneled portion of a street in New York City.
Day 8[]
As President Charles Logan was en route to meet Yuri Suvarov, his driver went through this underpass. As they were in the middle of traffic, a masked Jack Bauer ambushed the limousine blowing the tires of the cars in front of it. Jack then approached the car and knocked out all the Secret Service agents as Logan cowered in terror inside the limousine. Jack then broke the windshield of the limousine and dropped a can of tear-gas inside to force Logan out. He then kidnapped him through the streets underground passageways.
When Jason Pillar found out what had happened, he went there and questioned the injured Secret Service agents but they claimed they didn't see who it was. Pillar then noticed a blown lock near a door and informed that Bauer had probably gone through that passageway. After finding Logan and allowing him to recover, Pillar informed him about the murder of Mikhail Novakovich. They then waited for Logan's new security detail and left for the United Nations when they arrived.
