5137 Olsen Avenue was an address in Simi Valley, California, and the headquarters of Elegra Global. Darren McCarthy had an office located there, on the second floor of the building.

Day 6

After the nuclear attack in Valencia, Darren McCarthy set off an electronic shredding program on his computer and left the building. He spoke to Abu Fayed on the phone while he got into his car and drove away, panicked about the unexpected nuclear detonation in the city. Around that time Phillip Bauer and his security team were staking out McCarthy's office, but did not see him leave. ("10:00am-11:00am", "11:00am-12:00pm")

About an hour later Jack Bauer and his brother Graem arrived to look for McCarthy and any ties to Abu Fayed's four remaining suitcase nukes. Jack broke into the lock of McCarthy's office and searched his computer, discovering the shredded data, when he heard a noise. He handcuffed Graem to a pole in while he investigated a back room, where he encountered and fought with an armed man. He was knocked to the ground by a second, Irv, who was about to kill Jack before Phillip Bauer entered and told the henchman to desist. ("11:00am-12:00pm")

Soon after, when Phillip agreed with Jack to finally give up trying to stop McCarthy on his own and notify CTU, Graem revealed that the two henchmen were his own and not Phillip's. The two CTU agents waiting outside were then killed. Jack and Phillip were loaded into a van and driven away from the Elegra Global building to be executed on orders from Graem. ("11:00am-12:00pm")
