Shortly after 8pm Chloe O'Brian, while monitoring phone chatter from Dmitri Gredenko, came across a call to one Mark Hauser. Jack Bauer and a CTU TAC team raided the home. There, they captured Mark and his brother Brady. Mark made a deal with Jack to help them get Gredenko to save his brother. Mark set up a meeting at a parking lot across from this location where Brady would pass Gredenko the information he required. An ambush was set and Gredenko was captured.
