Abu Tandoori was a mob boss in the city of Pune.

At some point before Day 2, Jai Singh Rathod was responsible for badly scarring Abu's face. He held a grudge against Jai for this, and constantly contemplated killing him. Abu also worked with Muzzaffar, but double crossed him and got him sent to prison. Abu took Muzzaffar's money and started a relationship with his wife.

On the morning of Day 2, Jai came to visit Tandoori, saying Muzzaffar had sent him. Abu reminisced about what he had taken from Muzzaffar, and went over to a drawer to get a gun to kill Jai. However, Jai snuck up behind him and strangled him with a wire concealed in his watch. As he died, Jai explained that Muzzaffar didn't care about the money, but was disturbed by what Tandoori had done with his wife. ("Day 2: 10:00am-11:00am")
