Al Jhanis was a colonel of the Islamic Republic of Kamistan active during Day 8.
President Omar Hassan, in light of the nuclear fuel rods recovery crisis, decided to grant President Allison Taylor's request and turn over top secret documents on every covert Kamistani agent in the United States. He told one of his aides to contact Colonel Al Jhanis, ordering him to give CTU access to the security files they wanted.
