Andrew Michael Davoli (born September 2, 1973; age 50) played Berkov during Season 8 of 24.

Biography and career[]

Andy Davoli was born in Syracuse, New York. He became interested in acting at an early age, and attended clown and magic school as a teenager. After moving to New York City, he began formal acting training at Stella Adler Academy. His first acting job was an uncredited appearance in an episode of The Young Riders. Also, from 1996 to 1999, he had a recurring role as Max Nolan on the soap opera Another World.

In 1999, Martin Scorsese cast Davoli in a small role on his film Bringing Out the Dead (with Nestor Serrano). After that, he has appeared in films like Knockaround Guys (with Dennis Hopper and Shawn Doyle), Hollywood Homicide (with Lou Diamond Phillips), and Room 6 (with John Billingsley).

Davoli also had a recurring role on The Sopranos, as well as guest roles on The Unit (with Dennis Haysbert and Max Martini), CSI: Miami, CSI: NY, The Protector (with Jeffrey Nordling and Terrell Tilford), and Burn Notice.

Davoli played the role of Berkov during Season 8 of 24. Berkov was one of the members of Mikhail Novakovich's security detail. Davoli appeared in one episode and was credited as a co-star.
