Anthony Becker was an investigator with the Counter Terrorist Unit's Internal Affairs division.
Becker took part in investigating the alleged misappropration of agency funds by CTU Los Angeles' Director of Field Operations, Christopher Henderson. During the Zapata crisis in Los Angeles, he contacted Henderson to schedule an interview for the following Sunday.
