Arlington was a county in the state of Virginia, located close to Washington, D.C. It was the location of the Arlington National Cemetery.
After the mission to kill Ibrahim Bin-Khalid, Eric Carter and his wife Nicole were relocated to a house in Arlington under new names, with Carter getting a job as a bodyguard. On the afternoon of Day 10, their house was invaded by Rashid Al-Sabi and his two accomplices and Eric was tortured for information. However, Nicole and Eric took out the three men and escaped to their car, whereupon they drove to Southeast in D.C. ("12:00pm-1:00pm")
Later that day, Nicole and her brother-in-law Isaac returned to the house. Nicole found a letter among the debris which stated that Eric was thinking about becoming a CTU agent, which he had not discussed with her. ("8:00pm-9:00pm")
