Artur was an enforcer of Russian mob leader Mishka Grenkov.

Artur and another man were sent by Mishka to pursue Petro Vlacic and Jack Bauer after they escaped from his warehouse. Artur managed to crash his truck into Petro's car, causing it to crash and catch on fire. As it started to burn, Artur and the other man started to argue over who should pull Jack out of the burning car, since Mishka wanted him alive. Before either of them could make a decision, Jack shot Artur in the forehead, seconds before gunning down Artur's associate. (Underground #2)

Artur and others' bodies were later discovered by the CIA agents David and Reese.
