Agent Atkins was part of Agent Finn's team sent to the Port of Long Beach by CTU Los Angeles to recover the Sentoxnerve gas that Walt Cummings allowed to fall in the hands of terrorists. Once they found the container they were looking for, Atkins, Finn, Olivier, and others raided it only to discover that Cummings' contact, Schaeffer, had been killed and that the Sentox was gone.
