Atlas Auto Wreckers was a car garage owned by Joseph Wald. This was merely the cover for Wald and his crew's terrorist base of operations.
Day 2[]
Jack Bauer, under the alias Jack Roush went to the yard to see Wald, as he had been linked to a terrorist attack of the day. He met with Eddie Grant and proved his worth to the team and their cause by presenting the severed head of Marshall Goren, the sole witness against Wald who could put him away for life. Jack was taken in as part of the group ("Day 2: 9:00am-10:00am").

- In real life, Atlas Auto Parts & Salvage is located at 11801 Sherman Way, Los Angeles. Just before Jack arrives at the garage, Paula Schaeffer is watching him on a CTU screen, and sees him driving through a map of Alhambra, almost 20 miles away. In the script of Day 2: 8:00am-9:00am, Jack mentions that Wald's group hang out at a salvage yard in Alhambra.
