The BBC was a news corporation based in the United Kingdom.
During Day 8, a stringer for the BBC bought footage of Omar Hassan's security forces committing human rights violations in the Islamic Republic of Kamistan from an eyewitness. Members of the British government saw the footage, and it was brought to the attention of President Allison Taylor as a potential obstacle to the peace agreement shortly afterwards. - The British Broadcasting Corporation is a publicly funded television network based in the United Kingdom which broadcasts around the world as well as in Great Britain. The BBC have the rights to the first 2 seasons of 24, however from Season 3 onwards the rights were given to Sky One.
- During the airing of the first two seasons, the BBC produced several companion features to the show, including 24 Heaven, 24: The Postmortem, Pure 24 and 24: Access All Areas.
