When transporting Kim Bauer and Miguel to central via the 118, officer Raymond Brown was patched through to Bill. Brown told him that he was transporting the two prisoners, and that Miguel had given him some trouble when being put into the car. Brown then asked Gucoff if he had heard anything about a bomb threat, and Bill asked if he meant the CTU Los Angeles building. Brown asked him if he had heard about anything bigger than that, but Bill told him that he hadn't. Brown explained that Kim had told him about her father's intel on the bomb, and asked Bill to check it out. ("5:00pm-6:00pm")
