Blackwell Publishing is the name of the publishing group that released the 24 reference book 24 and Philosophy: The World According to Jack.
It was formed in 2001 as the merger of Blackwell Science and Blackwell Publishers, producing scientific and academic works in a wide range of subjects. In 2006, the company was acquired by John Wiley & Sons to form Wiley-Blackwell.
