Blake Simon was an advisor to President Wayne Palmer during Day 6.

Day 6[]

Under the orders of Tom Lennox, Blake had meetings with the Attorney General, Kevin Graves to see whether it was legal to intern Muslim Americans.

He advised the President that it was legal, as there was precedent in American history. Palmer shot the idea down, however.

Blake was present while President Palmer, Lennox and Karen Hayes watched a satellite feed of the aftermath of a nuclear detonation in Valencia, California, and shook his head in horror.

Memorable quotes[]

  • Blake Simon: There is a precedent, sir, especially in war time. Lincoln suspended habeus corpus, Roosevelt signed Executive Order... (cut off by Wayne Palmer)

Background information and notes[]

  • D. C. Douglas was credited as playing "USOJ Blake Simon" in 6am-7am. It is likely that "USOJ" is a misspelling of USDOJ, the US Department of Justice.
