Bob Jesser was born in Chicago, Illinois. He was interested in the arts from an early age. In 1996, he started studying acting with Larry Moss in Santa Monica, California.
Through his career, Jesser has appeared in numerous TV shows like Angel, NYPD Blue (with Esai Morales), Leverage (with Christian Kane), and Longmire (with Katee Sackhoff, Lou Diamond Phillips, Bailey Chase, and Xander Berkeley).
