Bobby Campbell was the middle son of CTU agent Seth Campbell and his wife Judy Campbell.
After Seth Campbell was imprisoned for accepting bribes, Judy's mental state deteriorated from the pressure of raising their four children alone, and she eventually hanged herself. Bobby was seven years old at the time.
