Bobby Hosea (born December 5, 1955; age 64) played Dr. Bob Cornell in Season 7 of 24.

Biography and career[edit | edit source]

Hosea was born in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. He studied at UCLA, where he also played football.

Hosea started his acting career in 1984, with a small appearance as a football player in the TV film Her Life as a Man. After that, he appeared in other TV shows like Knots Landing (with William Devane) and The Twilight Zone (with Chris Mulkey).

Hosea also had a recurring role from 1988 to 1990 in China Beach, along with Jeff Kober. Other shows in which he has had recurring roles are Pensacola: Wings of Gold, The Cape, and Lincoln Heights.

Aside of TV shows, Hosea has appeared in films like Independence Day and Boiling Point. In 1995, he played O.J. Simpson in the TV film The O.J. Simpson Story.
