Borek was a type of pastry eaten in Eastern Europe.
Mila Luminović made borek at the Nikola's Delights restaurant, based on a recipe of her mother's. When Victor Drazen sought refuge at the restaurant, she served him borek which he complimented her on. He offered Jack Bauer some of it, but he refused. ("Day 1: 9:00pm-10:00pm")
