Boris Lee Krutonog (born July 26, 1960; age 59) portrayed Vasili during Season 6 of 24. His stunt double for the role was Roman Mitichyan.

Biography and career Edit

Boris Lee Krutonog was born in Chisinau, in the former Soviet Union.

Krutonog started his acting career in 1987, appearing in the show The Equalizer. After that, he has appeared in shows like M.A.N.T.I.S., Star Trek: Voyager, V.I.P., The Agency (with Will Patton and Ravil Isyanov), NYPD Blue (with Currie Graham and Mary Page Keller), and The Americans.

Aside of TV, he has appeared in films like The Italian Job, Thirteen Days (with Lucinda Jenney), Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country (with Kurtwood Smith), and The Hunt for Red October (with Timothy Carhart and Tomas Arana). He is also one of many 24 alumni to star in Air Force One, along with Xander Berkeley, Wendy Crewson, Jurgen Prochnow, and Spencer Garrett, among many others.

From 2004 to 2012, Krutonog served as co-executive producer of the A&E reality show Dog the Bounty Hunter. As a result, he assisted in the capture of bail jumper Andrew Luster in Mexico.
