Bradley Grunberg was born in Los Angeles, California. His brother is actor Greg Grunberg, who is known for his roles on the TV shows Alias and Heroes (with Zachary Quinto), and as the drummer of charity musical group Band From TV.

Bradley began his career in 1984, appearing in Revenge of the Nerds (with James Cromwell). After that, he has appeared in films like Robin Hood: Men in Tights, Spy Hard, Striptease, Spider-Man, Austin Powers in Goldmember, The Men Who Stare at Goats (with Glenn Morshower), Get Smart, and Funny People.
