==Day 2==
Brad Hammond checked in briefly after the bombing of [[CTU]] to check operations. He wanted to shut things down, but he was blown off by [[George Mason]].

After [[Tony Almeida]] and [[Michelle Dessler]] incapacitated [[Ryan Chappelle]] during [[Season 2|Day 2]], Brad Hammond called [[CTU]] asking where Chappelle was. Tony Almeida told Hammond that he did not know where Chappelle was, however, Hammond became suspicious.

Later on, Hammond came to CTU and [[lock-down|locked it down]] because of a phone call by [[Carrie Turner]]. Hammond believed that Almeida was helping [[Jack Bauer]] against [[Division]] orders.

==Day 3==
In [[Season 3|Day 3]] Brad Hammond is firstly seen in a meeting with President Palmer, he then came to [[Counter Terrorist Unit|CTU]] after [[Tony Almeida|Almeida]] was taken into custody for his acts in helping [[Stephen Saunders]] to escape. He interrogated Tony at CTU and informed him that he was guilty of treason and even risking the death penalty. Hammond let Almeida know that he would testify for him and put in a good word due his service and distinguished record of averting past threats, but the best he could hope for would be 20 years. 

Hammond had an argument with [[Michelle Dessler]] about what happened with Tony and told her he made Saunders escape, which she didn't know. 

Later on, Almeida was needed on the floor to help [[Jack Bauer]] in his final run to stop the [[Cordilla virus]]. Michelle Dessler asked Hammond to release him, but he refused. When Michelle told him he was wasting time and to run tactical himself, he let Almeida go and help Jack Bauer, just to take him into custody again as soon as the threat was defeated.
