Brannon Braga (born August 14, 1965; age 54) was a writer and executive producer on 24.

Biography and career Edit

Brannon Braga was born in Bozeman, Montana, but was raised in Canton, Ohio. He studied at Kent State University and the University of California at Santa Cruz. After that, Braga worked as a music video producer.

Braga previously worked both as an executive producer and as one of the top writers for the Star Trek franchise, including the following series: Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Voyager, and Star Trek: Enterprise (which he co-created). He also co-wrote the screenplay for the films Star Trek: Generations (1994) and Star Trek: First Contact (1996). He also contributed an early story draft for Mission: Impossible II.

Braga has also worked with 24 writing partner and fellow executive producer Manny Coto on the third and fourth seasons of Star Trek: Enterprise.

In 2011, Braga worked as executive producer of the show Terra Nova, along with Jon Cassar. David Fury was also featured as a writer on the show, and Mido Hamada had a supporting role on the show.
