Brian Bolter (born March 1) played a news anchor during Season 7 of 24.
Biography and career[]
Bolter was a news reporter and anchor. He worked at several stations in Arkansas, Illinois, and Maryland. From 1999 to 2013, he co-anchored the 10pm newscast at WTTG-TV Washington, with Shawn Yancy. Bolter was also the original anchor of Fox 5 News at 5, with Tracey Neale. As a reporter, he won two local Emmy Awards for his work.
In 2013, Bolter left WTTG to work as a restaurateur with his wife, Lisa. The couple owns a restaurant called the Red Red Wine Bar in Annapolis, Maryland. They later opened a second location in Ocean City, Maryland.
