Brian Michael Ruppert (born April 20, 1974; age 50) is an actor who played a Russian terrorist, one of Anton Beresch's C-team, in Season 5 of 24.
Biography and career[]
Brian Ruppert was born and raised in Troy, Michigan. His father was an engineer with Ford and Jaguar in Dearborn, Michigan. Ruppert attended Troy High School, where he was a member of the Varsity teams in soccer, track, and marching band. Later, he attended Michigan State University, where he completed his major in Economics.
After college, Ruppert moved to California. He has appeared in films like Joe Dirt, Frog-g-g!, The Skeleton Key (with Isaach De Bankole), Lucky You (with Jean Smart), Sweetzer, and Siblings. He also appeared in an episode of Numb3rs, with Peter MacNicol, Navi Rawat, and John Lacy.

Ruppert played one of the Russian terrorists that worked for Anton Beresch during the attack at the Ontario Airport on the first episodes of Season 5. He was said to be part of Beresch's C-team during the attack.
In Day 5: 8:00am-9:00am, Ruppert can be seen in the background as the terrorists take over Ontario Airport. At the start of the following episode, he collects cell phones from the hostages, and later stands guard over them with an Uzi. He runs to investigate the explosion caused by Ibrim's vest, and later is called by Beresch with the rest of C-team to prepare for the apprehension of Jack Bauer. In the next episode, he is guarding the hostages when Beresch calls out to Ivan and Ishmael, meaning he could be playing one of those two characters.
