Davros went to the Koernig's house, under his alias of "Mike Farmer" and. After forcing Jim to call their captain to exchange shifts, Davros executed them both and left. Some time after, Jack Bauer arrived at the house while following a lead. After finding the Koernig's bodies, he was intercepted by Officers John Mazoni and Phillip Lu. Mazoni, after seeing Jim dead, tasered Jack and dragged him to the basement where he started beating him despite Lu's reluctance to do so. Jack managed to break from his bindings and managed to subdue Mazoni. After this, Lu helped him out of the house.
