Brown was a United States Air Force serviceman stationed at Lower Heyford Air Force Base in the UK during Day 9.

After a friendly fire incident in Afghanistan killed four U.S. and British airmen, Brown lowered the base's American flag to half-mast, while other airmen, including Garcia, stood to attention and saluted. ("Day 9: 12:00pm-1:00pm")
