Bruce Gerard Brown was born in New Orleans, Louisiana. He acquired his B.A. in Theater and Dramatic Literature through The Claremont Colleges' Fine Arts Department. Brown also has a Masters in Secondary Education. Aside of his career in acting, he also works as a teacher.
Through his professional acting career, Brown has appeared in shows like The Parkers, One on One, The Unit (with Dennis Haysbert, Max Martini, and Michael Irby), Standoff (with Gina Torres, Michael Cudlitz, and Timothy Carhart), and Drop Dead Diva.
