Bruce Margolis was a security guard at the Chandler Plaza Hotel during Day 3.
Day 3[]
In an attempt to go home so that he could see his pregnant wife, Bruce pulled a fire alarm that sent the hotel guests into a panic. This threatened to cause a disaster since many of the guests had become infected with weaponized Cordilla virus. Michelle Dessler prevented his escape to protect those outside the hotel in case Margolis was infected.

- His fate is not seen on screen, but there was a small chance that he was one of those few who was naturally immune to the virus.
- Bruce Margolis is also the name of the Senior VP of production for Fox, who appears in the special feature 24: Exposed.
