Special Agent in Charge is the agent in command of a Domestic CTU Unit. The Special Agent in Charge works primarily with the agents inside the unit building, but is ultimately in charge of all operations. He is the highest-ranking agent in a domestic unit, but is outranked by agents from Division and District command.
