Carl Ciarfalio

Carl Ciarfalio (born November 12, 1953; age 71) played Marshall Goren in Season 2 of 24.

Biography

Carl Ciarfalio was born in Alhambra, California. He was a college wrestler and football player, and appeared in the popular "Stunt Show" at Knott's Berry Farms. Ciarfalio has been working in the film and television industry since 1977. He has appeared as a guest star and has also had co-starring roles in many television programs and feature films,

Carl became a member of the Stuntmen's Association of Motion Pictures in 1985 and was president from 1992 until 1996. He has served on the Board of Directors for the National League of SAG Stunt Performers, and is currently serving his second term at the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences as Governor of the Stunt Peer Group, which he helped to form in the year 2000. In 2001 he was a key player in establishing the first Emmy Award for Outstanding Stunt Co-ordination.

Aside from his work as a stunt performer, Ciarfalio has appeared in shows like CSI: NY, The Practice (with Albert Hall), Babylon 5 (with Andreas Katsulas), Baywatch, and Falcon Crest. He also appeared in films like the 1994 version of The Fantastic Four, Licence to Kill, Casino, Con Air (with Mykelti Williamson, Jose Zuniga, Ned Bellamy, and Doug Hutchison), Fight Club (with Zach Grenier), and Out of the Furnace.
