Biography and career Edit

Carly Pope was born in Vancouver, Canada where she attended Lord Byng High School. After graduating, she studied at the University of British Columbia for one semester, before she decided to travel to Hollywood to pursue an acting career.

Pope began her career with bit roles in the late 1990s. In 1998, she had a supporting role in the film Disturbing Behaviour, starring James Marsden and Katie Holmes. After that, she has appeared in films like Snow Day (with Jean Smart), The Glass House, Orange County, YPF, Edison & Leo (with Powers Boothe), Toronto Stories (with Gil Bellows), Life Is Hot in Cracktown (with Tony Plana), Stuntmen (with Ray Wise), and Elysium (with Faran Tahir).

Pope has also appeared in several TV series during her career. From 1999 to 2001, she was part of the main cast of Popular. After that, she has had recurring roles on shows like The Collector, Dirt (with Jeffrey Nordling), and Outlaw (with Necar Zadegan).
