Chandrashekhar Rao was an ATU agent active during Day 1.
When Kiran and Trisha Rathod were moved to the Madh Island safe house, Rao went to provide extra protection to them. Nakul and Veena arrived first, and liaised with the backup, and then Nikita Rai introduced him along with Dibakar Pandit and Omar Sheikh. ("2:00pm-3:00pm")
When Gajavathanan infiltrated the building, he caught Rao on the outside balcony. He shot him dead, causing him to fall off the balcony to the ground below. ("3:00pm-4:00pm")
