Chell was a hacker and member of the Open Cell organization led by Adrian Cross.

Day 9 Edit

At around 12:00pm, Chell was at the Open Cell headquarters when Chloe O'Brian returned after being held captive by Central Intelligence Agency's Special Activities Division team for three days. Chell expressed concern for Chloe and gave her a hug. Suddenly, Jack Bauer and Belcheck stormed in with guns and Chell exchanged a scared look with Pete. After Jack demanded help to find Derrick Yates, Chloe gave orders to Chell and the others to try to locate him.

After Bauer and Chloe realized that Yates' plan was to take control of U.S. military drones, Chell showed them a news footage of First Lieutenant Chris Tanner, a drone pilot who was being framed for the attack on a U.S. military convoy in Kajaki Province, Afghanistan. ("12:00pm-1:00pm")

When Jack and Chloe returned with word of Yates' death and the plan to use drones to launch attacks, Chell and Pete told them that Tanner and his flight key were being moved to the US Embassy. Cross agreed to help and Chloe and Chell worked on creating a false identity for Jack that would allow him into the embassy. However, Cross took over and purposefully made it invalid which Chell noticed and commented on, but reluctantly didn't tell Chloe. When Jack realized something was wrong, Cross claimed everything was fine, but Chloe looked at Chell and realized by the look on her face that it wasn't and warned Jack. ("1:00pm-2:00pm")

After finding the needed proof on the flight key, Cross decided that Open Cell had exposed themselves too much by helping as much as they did and ordered the other members to pack up. However, Chloe decided to stay and help when Chell and the others left. ("3:00pm-4:00pm")

After stopping Margot Al-Harazi's plot, Chloe decides to return to Open Cell only to find that Cheng Zhi and his men had slaughtered everyone, including Chell. ("8:00pm-9:00pm")
