Biography and career[]
Hastings started his career in 1990, appearing in the soap opera General Hospital. After that, he has worked on other TV shows like Pacific Blue, CSI: Miami (with Currie Graham and Rory Cochrane), NCIS (with Pauley Perrette, Graham McTavish, and Steven Culp), ER, and Southland (with Michael Cudlitz, Regina King, and C. Thomas Howell).
Hastings has also played parts in several films with fellow 24 stars. He appeared in Southern Cross (1999) with Esai Morales, in Crash Dive (1997) with Jay Acovone, in The Substitute (1993) with Eugene Robert Glazer, and in The Best Revenge (1996) with Robert Pine.
Hastings is credited in many productions with the last name Svensson. He has also lent his voice to a couple of video games.
