Christian Kane (born June 27, 1974; age 49) voiced Peter Madsen in 24: The Game.

Biography and career[]

Christian Kane was born in Dallas, Texas. He is of Native American descent. The family moved around the South and the Midwest because his father was in the oil business, and they finally settled in Norman, Oklahoma. Kane studied Art History at the University of Oklahoma, where he was also a wrestler and a football player. However, he moved to Los Angeles instead to pursue a career in acting.

Kane is perhaps best known for his role of Lindsey McDonald on the television series Angel (with John Rubinstein & Daniel Dae Kim), or his role as Eliot Spencer on the TNT drama Leverage, alongside Oscar winner Timothy Hutton. From 2005 to 2006, he costarred in the CBS television series Close to Home. In 2014, he became one of the leads in TNT's show The Librarians.

Aside of his work on TV, Kane has also starred in the CBS TV movie The Crooked E, about Enron, and the MTV movie Love Song as Billy Ryan opposite Monica. Other films in which he has appeared are 50 to 1 (with William Devane), Friday Night Lights (with Connie Britton), and Secondhand Lions (with Eric Balfour).

Kane is also a musician and has his own band called simply Kane. They have released two studio albums.
