Christopher B. Duncan (born December 4, 1970; age 53) played Specter during Season 4 of 24.

Biography and career

Christopher Duncan was born in Lincoln, Nebraska. His father is a retired Air Force serviceman. As a result, Duncan lived in Germany, Japan, and New Mexico, during his childhood. He has an older brother and two younger brothers. Eventually, the family settled in Colorado Springs, Colorado where Duncan graduated from General William Mitchell High School. After that, he completed a Bachelor's degree in Acting from The University of Colorado, Boulder.

Through his career, Duncan has acted with several theatre groups. He worked with The The Colorado Shakespeare Festival, and has acted in plays like The Old Settler, Black Star Line, Rosetta Street, and Equus, among many others. Duncan was nominated for an NAACP Award for Best Actor for his performance in Full Court Press.

Aside of theatre, Duncan has also worked on films and TV. Some of the shows he has worked on are Castle (with Stana Katic), Switched at Birth, NCIS (with Pauley Perrette), Bones (with T.J. Thyne), The Practice, and The District. Duncan also appeared on the films In the Army Now and Three Kings.
