Cole Randall Keegan was Richard Lesser's bodyguard. He met Milo Pressman in a hotel room in Tijuana.
Before Trojan Horse
Keegan was a sergeant in the Army Rangers during the First Gulf War. He received an honorable discharge from the military in 1992. After then, he hadn't held a job. Keegan's last known associates were the Lords of Hell motorcycle gang out of Oakland, California.
Trojan Horse
While protecting Richard Lesser, Cole Keegan met Milo Pressman in a hotel room in Tijuana. Keegan agreed to help Pressman rescue the captured Tony Almeida. Keegan helped Pressman rescue Almeida and returned to CTU with him, Lesser and an agent named Brandy.
