The Congressional Gold Medal was an award bestowed by the United States Congress. It was awarded to persons who have made a significant contribution to the security of Americans, their history and culture.
In Day 10, the Congressional Gold Medal was awarded to former CTU Director Rebecca Ingram for leading the raid that resulted in the death of terrorist leader Ibrahim Bin-Khalid. The award speech read as follows:

The medal was presented by a U.S. Senator in a ceremony held at the United States Capitol.
