Cooper Building was a high-rise building on New York City.
After Jack Bauer hijacked a helicopter to escape from CTU New York, he was pursued by an Air Force pilot. When Jack spotted this building, he landed on the helipad and climbed down through the fire escape, while the pilot watched him. Right after Jack got down from the building, an NYPD officer arrived, but couldn't find him. ("Day 8: 10:00am-11:00am")
