Corey Johnson (born May 17, 1961; age 63) played a U.S. Navy admiral in 24: Live Another Day.

Biography and career[]

Corey Johnson was born in New Orleans, Louisiana as John Johnson. He is one of five children. Johnson trained at London's Central School of Speech and Drama.

Through his career, Johnson has divided his work between the United States and the United Kingdom. He has appeared in British shows like Casualty, Doctor Who, MI-5, and Foyle's War, as well as American shows like Nash Bridges. He also appeared in the American mini-series Band of Brothers, produced by Steven Spielberg and Tom Hanks. The mini-series also featured appearances by Michael Cudlitz and Ross McCall.

Johnson has also appeared in films like Saving Private Ryan (with Tom Sizemore, Max Martini, Leland Orser, and Martin McDougall), Black Hawk Down (with Sizemore, Željko Ivanek, Glenn Morshower, Gregory Sporleder, and Gabriel Casseus), United 93 (with Michael Bofshever and Gregg Henry), The Fourth Kind (with Will Patton and Hakeem Kae-Kazim), and Captain Phillips (with Martini, Chris Mulkey, and Mark Holden).
