The Corrections Offender Network was a database maintained by the State of Florida Department of Corrections to show people who had been convicted in Florida.
Day 2[]
Dave did not trust Jack's backstory of being arrested in Gainesville (as part of his cover to get under with Joseph Wald and his crew). He checked the website to see if Jack's records showed. Luckily, CTU Los Angeles workers Paula Schaeffer and Tony Almeida had inserted some information falsely on the site about Jack's alias, "Jack Roush", to convince the terrorists of his cover.
The plan worked, and as a result Eddie Grant came to trust Jack so far as to involve him in their crew.
