Craig Phillips was the Head of Security at the Chandler Plaza Hotel. He assisted Michelle Dessler in finding Marcus Alvers and trying to contain the Cordilla Virus that had been released in the hotel. Phillips himself showed symptoms of the virus and is presumed to have later died.
