Craig Phillips was the Head of Security at the Chandler Plaza Hotel during Day 3.
Day 3
Phillips assisted Michelle Dessler in finding Marcus Alvers and trying to contain the Cordilla Virus that had been released in the hotel along with the other staff. Phillips himself showed symptoms of the virus and is presumed to have later died.
When he realized he was going to die, he pleaded with Michelle to let him call his wife, but Michelle could not let him, because she was under orders from the President not to allow anyone to have outside communications.
