David Gianopoulos (born August 9, 1956; age 63) played Amis during Season 8 of 24.

Biography and career Edit

David Gianopoulos was born in Los Angeles, California. He graduated from the Pacific Conservatory of the Performing Arts, where he studied with Powers Boothe. After that, Gianopoulos has appeared in several theater productions, including Shakespeare in the Park.

Gianopoulos started his TV and film career in 1988, appearing in the TV film Too Young the Hero (with Ricky Schroder). Gianopoulos is also one of many 24 alums that also appeared in the film Air Force One. The others are Xander Berkeley, Glenn Morshower, Timothy Carhart, Wendy Crewson, Bill Smitrovich, Spencer Garrett, Jurgen Prochnow, Don McManus and Tom Everett.

Aside of films, Gianopoulos has appeared in TV shows like The Commish, The Division, ER, General Hospital, Castle (with Stana Katic), and American Horror Story.
