David Michie played a bailiff during Season 8 of 24.

Biography and career[edit | edit source]

David Michie was born in Texarkana, Texas to a Peruvian mother and a Scottish/Irish father. He spent the early years of his life in Bogotá, Colombia, where Spanish became his first language. During his teenage years, his family moved to Texas, living in San Antonio and Dallas. During these years, Michie developed an interest in acting appearing in some local productions.

After his acting work in high school, Michie earned a full scholarship to KD Studio, an acting conservatory in Dallas. He completed a double major with degrees in Theatre and French from The University of North Texas. He started his professional acting career in the 90's, appearing in numerous TV shows and films. Aside from acting, Michie also works regularly in sound recording and dubbing for films and TV.

Michie has also produced and directed several short films.
