Davis was an agent of the Secret Service stationed in Los Angeles during Day 4.

Davis was given instructions by Secretary of Defense James Heller to escort Audrey Raines from 21048 Kipling in North Hollywood back to CTU Los Angeles. He also provided Jack Bauer with a vehicle so he could try to catch up with terrorist collaborator Henry Powell.
