Debra Foxx (born February 14) is a Jamaican-born actress who portrayed an ER doctor in 24: Legacy.

Biography Edit

Debra Foxx was born in Kingston, Jamaica, but grew up in Miami, Florida. She studied at Miami Dade College, where she completed an Associate's degree in Business Administration in 1991. After that, Foxx completed a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration from Florida International University. From 1996 to 2003, she worked as Office Manager for R.J. Twitty Commercial, and then Personal Banker for WAMU.

Since 2008, Foxx has focused on her career in entertainment. After taking a series of acting classes in 2007, she started working as a model and actress on commercials. Since 2012, she has appeared in TV shows like Miserably Single and Bluff City Law (with Jimmy Smits and Matt Gallini), as well as films like The Breaking Point and Everyday But Christmas.

Aside from that, Foxx is also a published author. She released her book, Loving Through Thick and Thin, in January 2015.
